Frankincense (Somalia) Cooling, calming, relaxing, and analgesic. Helps to provide clarity of mind, bringing one to focus. Aids in healing emotional as well as physical scars and wounds.

Lemon (Italy) Cooling, uplifting, and refreshing. Lemon essential oil helps heart and mind communication. It is also a powerful antiseptic.

Pink Grapefruit (USA) Cooling, regulating, and clarifying. Pink grapefruit essential oil aids in the release of tendencies toward guilt and self-condemnation that lead to over indulgence. The combination of bitter and sweetness helps to calm any tendency to over-indulge out of the need for comfort. It is also a lymphatic decongestant.
