– Discover Your True Self

It is a common understanding that there is something magical within our body that runs the whole show.

Chiropractors call it Innate Intelligence. Others call it the spirit within. Life can become very hectic.  We tend to focus on the goings on that surround us.  It seems to be a never ending battle.

When life is overwhelming and you have lost touch with your inner self, it is important to stop and reflect inward and upward.

Read on and implement this procedure using our 12 Resonant Blends.  To open your heart, clear your mind, and to find your inner true self deep within the central core of your being.

The first step is the breath.

  • Breathe in through your nose deep and slow
  • Then breathe out through your mouth gently
  • Repeat this process several times

To what depth does the air go to within your body? Practice until you can follow your breath to below your navel.  Now you are ready to discover your true self.

  • Run a nice hot bath. Create a surround for yourself in the room. Low lights, candles, no sounds or fans etc. No scent yet.
  • Place 3-5 drops of each of the 12 Resonant Blends into your bath water.
  • Gently immerse yourself into the water.
  • Relax and clear your mind
  • Place your hands below your navel (1 ½ inches) one on top of the other, palms up.
  • Make a circle with your hands one on top of the other and the tip of your thumbs lightly touching to form a circle.
  • Be aware that this is your central core of being. The place where your spirit resides. It is the place where CHI/ energy is waiting to be expressed through and then beyond your body for world influence.
  • Let your mind go to this amazing place of peace, love and harmony.

Now begin your breath work. Breathe in the aromatic vapors of your Resonant Blends. Follow the air deep into your lungs to the central core of your being. Air is spirit, breathe in spirit. Feel the air unite with your blood and carry spirit/ air to all your cells and tissues.

Then focus on your cupped hands surrounding your central core. Keep breathing. Let go of all thoughts except what is within you.  Get to know your spiritual self. Give thanks.

When you feel connected and absolved of all unwanted emotions, take a deep breath and slowly breathe out while pushing your palms outward to give loving spiritual influence to the world.
